RETURNS– Except as otherwise provided, no merchandise will be accepted for return after 30 days from date of shipment. No returns will be accepted without our return authorization number. You must call Customer Service at (406) 449-3464 for this identifying number and for special instructions. Customer is responsible for the shipment of returned merchandise and following all return conditions outlined. Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip. Any claims for discrepancies must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. No return of altered items. A restocking charge may be applied.

All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid. Returns shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted.

Interest will be charged on overdue accounts.

In the event of failure to pay, the buyer agrees to pay all costs, collection or court expenses including interest until the debt is satisfied.

LIMITED WARRANTY – Montana Hydraulics LLC warrants every product it sells for a period of 90 days to the original purchaser from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, negligence, accidents, repairs, improper wiring, alterations or lack of maintenance.

The workmanship on hydraulics cylinders will be warrantied for one year in the event that the defect reported is not due to misuse of the cylinder. Cylinder warranty is valid only if customer agrees to recommended repairs.

This is Montana Hydraulics LLC’ sole written warranty and any and all warranties that may be implied by law, including and merchantability of fitness, for any purpose, are hereby limited to the duration of this written warranty. In no event shall Montana Hydraulics LLC liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product and any legal actions brought against Montana Hydraulics LLC shall be tried in the state of MT, Lewis & Clark County. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

PLEASE NOTE: Merchandise covered by manufacturer’s warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS – UPS, Fed-Ex Ground, other package carriers & Prepaid Truck Shipments (MSC carrier): Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. All shortages and/or damages must be called into Montana Hydraulics LLC at (406)449-3464 within 7 calendar days after receipt of order. All damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for inspection.

Truck Shipment (when you select the carrier): Check your order immediately upon arrival. All shortages and/or damages must be noted on delivery receipt. All shortages and/or damages must be called into the carrier you chose within 7 days. All damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for your carrier to inspect. At that time you will need to file a claim with your carrier.
